2. Subscription Terms

• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
• No Refunds: All subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed through PayPal. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

4. Changes to Service or Prices

Prices for our Service are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NZ Trial Watcher and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the New Zealand and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NZ Trial Watcher, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
